Uttar Pradesh takes center stage as MotoGP kicks off at Buddh International Circuit

India is set to host its inaugural MotoGP Grand Prix at the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, from September 22 to 24. This historic event is drawing attention not only to the world of motor racing but also to Uttar Pradesh as a destination for such international sporting events. To make the most of this opportunity, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is organizing a roundtable conference with CEOs from approximately 275 companies, including major names like Red Bull, BMW, and Motul, who are attending the event.
Showcasing Uttar Pradesh:
During the conference, Chief Minister Adityanath will present Uttar Pradesh as an attractive investment destination, aiming to boost the state's economic prospects.
The MotoGP event is expected to draw approximately 10,000 daily visitors from abroad and will be broadcasted in 200 countries, further highlighting its global significance.
Stringent security measures are in place, with around 1.5 lakh personnel deployed each day. Surveillance cameras along key expressways and routes have been activated, and a comprehensive traffic plan has been devised to prevent road congestion during the event.

Inauguration by Sadhguru:
The Grand Prix event was inaugurated by spiritual leader Sadhguru in a memorable opening ceremony. He rode a few laps at the Buddh International Circuit during the inauguration, symbolizing the significance of this event. The MotoGP Grand Prix not only marks a significant milestone in the Indian motor racing scene but also provides Uttar Pradesh with a valuable opportunity to showcase itself as a premier destination for international events and investments. The event's success is eagerly anticipated by motorsports enthusiasts and the state's leaders alike.
